A health services organization in New York City is looking to add a newOperational Site Lead to their growing team in Manhattan. In this role, the Operational Site Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of complex direct service program.
Responsibilities:
TheOperational Site Lead will:
- Supportand leadday-to-day operational efforts to maintain a positive experience for individuals utilizing services
- Providehands-on logistical support for the launch of new initiatives and/or expansion of existing initiative
- Providetimely, routine reporting on a variety of items, including an inventory of critical personal protective equipment and other supplies, non-clinical staffing, and other quantitative or qualitative data, as directed.
- Independently manageall aspects of the project lifecycle for assigned workstreams including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery
- Support leadership by ensuring they have all necessary operational and administrative tools and by proactively escalating high priority issues and risks for their review as appropriate
- As required, overseeing the successful launch of sites or programs
- Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years ofprevious experience in Case Management and/or Social Services
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Previous experience in Supportive Housing, Group Homes / Shelters, and/or with Migrant populations
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:- Experience with, or knowledge ofTrauma-informed Service delivery
- Previous experience in NYC government and/or Public Health entities / Hospitals / Community-based organizations
- Experience managing a complex operation, particularly a 24/7 operation
- Experience with Community Engagement and/or familiarity with local Community Service providers / Nonprofits
- NYC area residency preferred.
